Our goal at REACREADY.com is to help public/affordable housing agency and management companies to obtain a higher overall REAC inspection score. Thoroughly pre inspecting all areas of your property, every inspection is finalized with complete computer-generated reports outlining all potential deficiencies. Inspectable areas include site, exterior, systems, common areas, and all individual units. Our inspectors are always current on all revisions of definitions obtained directly from HUD, which assures you are ready for the next REAC inspection.

All inspectors/consultants are certified or previously certified and current on all revisions to the UPCS definitions.

Pre-REAC Inspection:
Stay up to date on all the new HUD REAC definitions and HUD protocol to complete inspections anywhere in the United States for public/Affordable housing. Our goal is to ensure your properties meet the highest HUD REAC standards.
What we DON'T do
Shadow other inspectors, Property repair, hold seminars, webinars .
We provide
Detailed Pre-REAC inspection report and Inspector’s notes , as well as thoughtful and practical advice. While the PRE-INSPECTION is in process our inspectors/consultants coach your property staff on what to look for, how to make effective repairs, and how to best prioritize repairs.
Note: When following the REAC Protocol, appealing any REAC Inspector’s or QA’s inspection report is unnecessary.
